Here at Hilltop Estates Retirement Center there's a couple  moved here the same day we did, their home was sold, or so they thought, it was off the market for two months or more, then when they were about to close the deal the buyers backed out.  The sellers were broken and didn't get any down payment (deposit) back.  We thought, now if the agent had been Jim Bailey it wouldn't have turned out that way.
